The Book of Exodus

The main theme of Scripture is the glory of God and the salvation of man through the Christ. Every word of every verse of every paragraph of every chapter of every book fits under this unifying theme. It might be said that redemption is the key word of Exodus. In this book God redeems His people from slavery in Egypt, and looks forward in anticipation until the time in which spiritual redemption would be made possible through the Christ.**

Nothing God has ever done has been done by mistake. God's Plan of Salvation is behind it all.
